Every institution has unique needs and challenges, so we begin with a preliminary discussion to understand your requirements and for Aperilex to articulate its abilities. The goal is to determine if Aperilex is the right partner to get you from where you are today to where you want to be.
This is our objective analysis of your BSA/AML program to see exactly where you are “on paper.” To build an effective strategy we need to understand the full spectrum that you are operating in and where we are starting from. It is important that we leave no stone unturned as we compile a thorough inventory of your current BSA/AML program. Upon completion, we will present a written proposal outlining our solution to your BSA/AML needs and the engagement parameters which will include the scope, objectives, deliverables, and cost.
We combine our years of industry experience along with your expertise and latest industry standards to create an actionable plan to implement and sustain a comprehensive and cohesive BSA/AML program. The planning phase addresses factors such as: identifying necessary resources; defining stakeholders roles; document management; technical requirements; and checkpoints.
Aperilex succeeds because our compliance professionals have all worked on complex AML projects for the world’s largest banks. We understand the intricacies of AML and the ripple effects produced by changes to a BSA/AML program. We know where to anticipate complications and adjust accordingly.
Prior to the final hand-over, Aperilex will conduct training sessions to inform the compliance staff, management, and Board of Directors of all modifications to the BSA/AML program.
With all project objectives achieved, Aperilex will issue a formal closure report including a hard and digital copy of the complete BSA/AML Program Manual.
