The Office of Instructional Design & Delivery supports the instructional design and delivery needs of faculty engaged in teaching and learning of online, hybrid, and traditional courses. To this end, professional development and support is provided for effective pedagogical practices and instructional software.
Office Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Additional Virtual Hours: Monday - Thursday: 4:30 - 6 p.m.

Google AI Essentials and Prompting Essentials Free Courses
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a workforce skillset and SU has the opportunity to provide students with co-curricular professional development in ethical and practical uses of AI. Interested? of the Google AI Essentials and Google Prompting Essentials courses. In under 10 hours, each course will not only teach participants about AI — they’ll show participants how to actually use it in the real world. Students interested in this opportunity should . Call for M.O.S.T. OER Grants
The Maryland Open Source Textbook (MOST) initiative is seeking proposals for its Faculty OER Grant Program, which supports faculty efforts to increase access, affordability and achievement for students at Maryland’s post-secondary institutions through the incorporation of open educational resources (OER) into teaching practice.
Available grants in 2025 include:- Adopt/Adapt OER ($1,000 grant + Participation in the Lumen Circles Community of Practice)
- Create/Revise and Publish OER ($2,000 grant + Participation in the Rebus Textbook Success Program)
All proposals by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, April 18, 2025.
